Everything within this section is a notepad of sorts. A reference of knowledge, if you will. All information within can be happily skipped, but can also be read with (hopefully) minimal plot released.
Name: Charles (WIP)
Social Stature: Hobo
Status: Passed out
Charles wakes up after a night of booze to find the world, or at least the city he lives in, covered with zombies. He rests off his hangover and begins trying to find out what could've happened while he was out.
Has:
- A wristwatch. Silver, and still incredibly shiny. The only item he'd ever actually purchased legally. Without this watch, he would slowly loose his grips with time, as all electricity has been knocked out, and as such, begin to lose his mind.
- (Future item, still WIP) Meets a half-zombified dog, whom still is playful and happy to see a human face. Said dog accompanies him until the point of losing it's mind.
- No skills with firearms, however above average reaction time and street smarts to counter his inabilities against the zombies.
Locations he visits:
- Hospital to try and obtain medical supplies for future scenarios.
- The ghetto of sorts. A hotspot for masses of zombies. Crossing it is a vital step to his (possible) final destination.
- Local (or nearby city limits) military stronghold. He hopes that cracking into their main system can shed some light on the situation.
(NEAR-END NOTES, SPOILERS MUCH PLOX.)
- Military stronghold informs him that the military had been testing what had happened, and they took pre-cautions, arming the base with enough nuclear explosives to effectively kill or severely wound anyone/thing within 150 yards of the base. And Charles finds one of the last scientists alive there, whom in his last moments, triggers the countdown for said precaution.
- Charles either sacrifices himself or somehow manages to escape the blast/-zone. (Underground bunker?)
- Possibility of this leaving the confines of the city and heading into a larger scale. Speculation.
(Story beginning in the works. Totally an off-hand project, sorry!)
